You don’t need Gmail. You can make a free Google account for the email address you already use at work:

1. Go to accounts.google.com/signup.
2. Choose Use your existing email (sometimes under Use my current email address instead) and enter your work email.
3. Enter the code Google sends to that inbox to verify it.
4. Come back here and choose Continue with Google.

Your firm’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 address works the same way — it just has to be the address you were invited with.
